Spring replacement - torsion and extension - is the bulk of what we do, because springs wear out on a cycle count, not a calendar, and most homeowners never find out their door's spring is rated until it snaps. Opener repair and replacement, including dead circuit boards and worn gears, is close behind.
We straighten and replace bent tracks, swap out rollers and cables, and fix doors that have come off-track entirely. Panel repair and replacement comes up a lot on doors from the 1980s and 90s stock common across this area - steel panels from that period dent and can rust at the bottom seam, and sometimes one panel is replaceable without touching the rest of the door.
We also do full door replacements when repair doesn't make sense anymore: when the door is original to a house built decades ago, when parts are no longer available, or when the cost of repeated fixes starts closing in on the cost of a new door.
If you're not sure which category your problem falls into, that's a normal question to call in with. We'd rather talk it through on the phone than have you guess and buy the wrong fix.
